Returns + Exchanges

At Cordê Macrame we pride ourselves on delivering high quality, handmade products. Please do choose carefully as we are unable to offer returns and refunds unless faulty.

Faulty Returns

All of our pieces are handmade according to the highest standard and are quality checked before we send it to you.

In the unlikely case of a faulty item we will gladly exchange or refunds for our wares and refund for our bespoke sculptures or exchange for another design.

Please email us at corde.macrame@gmail.com to arrange return

You will need to include your full contact details and address, order number and photographic evidence of the fault along with a brief description.

Once we have confirmed the return, please pack the item carefully and we will arrange for your faulty item to be returned to us and will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you asap or refund processed.

Please pack your returns in the original packaging and make sure you include your name, email address and order number in the return and post to:
